After the successful completion of the Buy Out of the company from the BMS Group, we have focused on a clear vision: to renew our promise of business as a force of innovation, satisfaction and progress and become the preferred insurance and reinsurance brokers not only in Greece and Cyprus, but also beyond borders. To create a company that would put the Hellenic Broking Services in the world map, a company that would achieve a distinctive approach to the marketplace through innovative ideas and operational excellence.
During the years 2006 – 2010, ΜΑΤRΙΧ has more than quadruple its income, with a fully employed staff of thirty-four and a very strong balance sheet. We are the unique Greek company with an office in the City of London, a subsidiary in Cyprus, regulated by the local FSA and active business ventures in more than nine countries in Eastern Mediterranean, Eastern Europe and, very recently, in the MENA Region. Our Market Share in Greece and Cyprus currently exceeds 35% of the brokers’ business in the reinsurance field.
Despite all the bleak headlines, Greek economy has entered a period of realignment, a power shift so profound that we are just beginning to appreciate what it means for the future of business and for doing work that matters.
