MATRIX was established under the name “BMS Hellas” in October 2003, as part of the BMS Group - one of the largest international reinsurance brokers.

In May 2006, a group of senior executives completed the management buy out of BMS Hellas.

On March 2011 the company’s rebranding took place and MATRIX was launched.

MATRIX is an independent broker with Underwriting expertise, providing a wide range of products and solutions.

Professional Indemnity Policy
MATRIX has purchased professional indemnity insurance on an each and every claim and in the aggregate basis totaling €20,000,000. This has been underwritten by Syndicates in Lloyd’s.

Code of practice and compliance
Although not a requirement upon us, we intend to adhere to the full UK Financial Services Authority FSA guidelines. This was the level of compliance the partners adhered to previously and wish to continue with going forward.
